Buccleuch Gundogs and Chapel Farm would like to offer congratulations to Team Scotland on their being awarded first place at the “Skinners International Retriever World Cup” held at the weekend. Scotland was represented by Drew Allan, Donnie Leitch, George Buchan with Captain Roddy Forbes and reserve David Lisett.

Second place was awarded to Team Ireland with Team England in third. Teams from fourteen countries took part in the competition held over 2 days and this is the first time that Scotland have won. In addition to their first place, Drew Allan was awarded Top Dog on the Saturday and Team Scotland also picked up an award for “Best Dressed Team”

Well done to all who took part and contributed to making it an excellent event.
