Fantastic Four in a Row for Lee and Jed

Chapel Farm Sponsored Handler Lee Hartis with Kentwone Columbine of Leacaz (Jed) have had a fantastic series of Trials during October.

It began with a win on the 1st at Dukeries Gundog Club 2-day Open Stake which gave qualification for the IGL Championship.

This was followed by another win on the 3rd at the Carmarthenshire 2-dayOpen.

Another win on the 19th at The Royal Kennel Club 2-day Open gave 3 wins in three consecutive stakes which we believe is a record.

As if that was not enough, they have just won the Scottish Field Trials Association 2-day Open at Lauder.

Four wins in a row – a truly remarkable achievement.

Very well done Lee and Jed. With our Best Wishes for the Championship.

Well done Lee and Jed, again Best Wishes for the Championship.

Thanks also to Lee for his kind comments where he says “ Thanks for the support & keeping my dogs in tip top condition”.

Grain Free Salmon Standard Price

Having been launched in June at a special introductory price, Invest ‘n’ Digest Grain Free Salmon has proved very popular however, it will soon be time for this variety to revert to standard pricing.

The introductory price will continue to be offered until the 3oth of November. From the 1st of December the standard selling price will be £39.99.

Thanks to all who have tried this new variety and thanks also for all the positive feedback a couple of examples of which are shown below.

Wonderful product , works brilliantly for our ESS who can’t tolerate grain in his diet . I also gave it to one of my Labradors and wow what a shine on her coat . Highly recommended,  top quality food as you would expect  . Thank you.  Janice

My cocker spaniel has had tummy issues but I recently bought the salmon one and I just wanted to message to tell you that his coat has never been so shiny and smooth and it must be down to the food!  The food also suits his tummy troubles which I am so pleased about.  He loves the kibble anyway and I am so pleased that we have found such a tasty one that he can have. Emma

Thanks to Alan and Billy Sankey for the following

All 9 dogs in our picking up team have been born and raised on Chapel Farm Dog Food.

My opinion on this food is now based on hard facts of feeding this food for 10 years. I have over 50 years competing with working dogs and I can truly say I am getting the best and most consistent results with Chapel Farm. With this food you can make a good dog just a little bit better. No one will work their dogs harder than myself and Billy for fitness. All our dogs, have a job to do in the beating line and also in the picking up team, so, they must be willing and able to take the work we give them.

FTCh Brocklinton Bertie has been the oldest dog to compete in the Championships for the last 2 seasons and is still going strong only ever fuelled with Chapel Farm Dog Food. FTCh Brocklinton Betty (Bertie’s sister) is the same with plenty miles left in her yet. FTW Brocklinton Berry (a sister to Bertie and Betty) and Kia (a daughter of Betty ) both having had pups 10 weeks ago . I know for certain they would not have been able to handle their workload on a lesser make of food.

The other part of our team, Cameron and Lorna, on my recommendation have also been feeding Chapel Farm Dog Food for a couple of seasons and Lorna is now a stockist. They are also having fantastic results with a very hectic picking up season and have also just had a very successful 1st test season. They had 14 dogs between them, 7 labs and 7 spaniels.

It is very satisfying to me that every spaniel between us were the result of the pairing of Buccleuch Pepper by Wild Poppet of Brocklinton. Those being great grandparents, grandparents or parents of all the spaniels. As you can see Dave Lisett and Buccleuch Gundogs have had a massive input in my dogs.

And Davie developing The Chapel Farm Dog Food adds just that bit more to the quality of the dogs”.

Many thanks Alan and Billy and Best Wishes for the Season Ahead.

Excellent Trial Result for Simon

Chapel Farm Sponsored Handler Simon Dixon had a great day at the United Gundog Breeders Association Novice AV Spaniel Test held at Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire under the watchful eyes of judges Wendy Openshaw and Ian Bogacki.

2nd Beckfield Splinter of Dawsonlee – Simon Dixon

Simon offers “thanks to Neil Davies, club secretary, and all involved. Lovely ground bit windy but good rabbit trial. Big thankyou to chapel farm for keeping my dogs in tiptop condition”.

Well done Simon, thanks for the photo and update and Best Wishes for the next Trial.

Our Thanks to Louise for the Feedback.

We are most grateful to Louise for sending the below and attached photo.

Hi

I just wanted to get in touch to say what a difference Chapel Farm has made to our dogs! We’ve been using it for a good few months now. Our oldest lab has lots of issues with his skin and had a bad case of mites after being prescribed steroids for his allergies. He was covered in bald, scaly patches with huge sore bits. He now has gorgeous shiny fur and has fully healed. His fur is thicker and softer than it has ever been. His breath is better. He seems so much happier.  Honestly has made an incredible difference. Thank you!

Louise

Thank you so much Louise for taking the time to write and share your experience it is most appreciated.
