Huge Congratulations to Katie and Bailey

Our thanks to Chapel Farm Sponsored Agility Handler Katie Lines for the following update.

You may recall I’d said that that my goal for 2024 season was to get Bailey to Championship level and to qualify for Crufts.. well I am absolutely delighted to confirm that we’ve done BOTH!

Crufts 2025 Agility here we come!!!! I won a Crufts Agility class with my now retired boy, Archie, in 2018 and it has been my dream to get there again with Bailey (who was Archie’s apprentice ha!) to see him on the famous green carpet..! How thrilled am I to say that we have qualified!

So now the busy Crufts prep period begins but I just know that we will go and enjoy every minute!

I would just like to take a moment to say a massive THANK YOU to the Buccleuch team at Chapel Farm for taking the chance on not only a younger handler, but for also supporting the world of Agility.

I have mentioned before but I’ll say it again, Chapel Farm 24+ made a significant difference in Bailey’s performance across 2024’s season – with quick recovery times and high energy. I feel this was reflected in his haul of winnings.

Thank you for the update Katie and our Best Wishes to you and Bailey at Crufts

Our Thanks to Achouffe Gundogs

Our thanks to Mark and Julie of Achouffe Gundogs for allowing us to share this testimonial.

Good morning Iain, just wanted to give you an update regarding Briee and her skin condition from a few months ago, As you know all eight of our dogs are fed on Chapel Farm dog food and have been for well over twelve years, yes it is that good!!!

In those twelve years we have never had a problem regarding dog food and skin condition in a puppy. Briee was not a puppy we bred, but one that we bought in, she was fed on a different brand and we kept her on that food for four months, we then swapped her onto Performance 24+ but within three weeks she developed a skin condition on her neck and near to her tail set, this consisted of small areas of scaly skin, which is when i got in touch with you to discuss the problem, you suggested the Salmon Invest n Digest,

So we tried a bag and the results were remarkable, within two weeks the skin condition had cleared up, and has never returned, what a result!!!! Can I also add that Briee is now worked on two shoots she is still fed on the salmon recipe and two things I have observed, first there has been no loss whatsoever in condition, i.e. she has kept her weight on with no loss in muscle condition, and she is a very busy HPR!!! Lastly coat condition, Briee is a Slovakian Rough Haired Pointer, so has a rough coat, when the sun shines you can see the very end of her coat glisten, can I also add that four of our dogs are fed on the 24+ with absolutely no problems.

Iain I just wanted to keep you updated on Briee’s progress, and just how good the Salmon Invest n Digest is.

Best Regards

Mark and Julie

Well Done Simon and Pepsi

Congratulations to Chapel Farm sponsored handler Simon Dixon who with FTCh Dawsonlee Pepsi was awarded first place at the Coventry and District AV Spaniel Open Stake.

This gives Simon and Pepsi qualification to compete in the Spaniel Championship being held in January where we wish them the very best of luck.

Deliveries During the Christmas Period

Chapel Farm has received an email from our dispatch warehouse regarding closures, and deliveries leading up to the Christmas period. Offices will be closed from mid-day on the 24th until re-opening on the 3rd of January.

They suggest that the last order date for delivery of standard orders before the Christmas break will be mid-day Wednesday the 18th of December, for Bulk orders it is the 13th at noon. However, just to be on the safe side may I suggest ordering earlier if possible as couriers do become very busy, and deliveries can be delayed.

Orders placed between the 18th and midday on the 24th will continue to be processed and it is possible that some will be delivered before Christmas.

Orders placed after mid-day on the 24th will be processed when offices re-open on the 3rd of January.

David and the Chapel Farm Team would like to take this opportunity,  to thank you for your custom and offer you our Very Best Wishes for Christmas and the New year.

Fantastic Four in a Row for Lee and Jed

Chapel Farm Sponsored Handler Lee Hartis with Kentwone Columbine of Leacaz (Jed) have had a fantastic series of Trials during October.

It began with a win on the 1st at Dukeries Gundog Club 2-day Open Stake which gave qualification for the IGL Championship.

This was followed by another win on the 3rd at the Carmarthenshire 2-dayOpen.

Another win on the 19th at The Royal Kennel Club 2-day Open gave 3 wins in three consecutive stakes which we believe is a record.

As if that was not enough, they have just won the Scottish Field Trials Association 2-day Open at Lauder.

Four wins in a row – a truly remarkable achievement.

Very well done Lee and Jed. With our Best Wishes for the Championship.
