Our thanks to Stirling based Chapel Farm Stockist and Saltire Gundogs Trainer Jim Fleming for sending this update. Jim had organised a Gundog Test on the 12th of October held at Clay Pigeon Shooting ground near Polmaise, Stirling courtesy of Craig Nicol.
Jim says: “Weather was kind and there was a very good all round effort from every one and the dogs also seemed to enjoy the day. Well worth the effort and training days that the handlers have put in with us here at Saltire Gun dogs and all should be very proud of their dogs four of whom are fed on Chapel Farm including both winners.”

Advanced – First place Mervyn Gough and black Labrador Shuna with 92 points out of 100
Novice – First Place Kenny Quinn and Springer Spaniel Quinn with 80 points out of 100.”
