Northumberland and Durham held their 2-Day Open Retriever Trial on the 5th and 6th of October at Whitfield Estate by kind permission of Mr Blackett-Ord with head keeper Gamekeeper Stuart Maughan.
Judges were Mr Wayne Mitchell, Mrs Lynn Mitchell, Mr Mark Demaine and Mr Allan Downie.

We are delighted to note that Chapel Farm sponsored handlers were well represented among the prize-winners being awarded First, Third, and Guns Choice.
1st Place and Best Handler awarded to John Halsted with Macgiriaght Foxy Lady.
2nd place Stewart North with Northglen Crumble.
3rd place and Best Dog on a Runner, Lee Hartis with Troddenmills Full Throttle of Leacaz.
4th place Birgitta Stafflund-Wiberg with Meadowlark Pergite.
Guns Choice awarded to David Lisett with FTCh Buccleuch Xena
