Not long now until the Galloway Country Fair which takes place in the grounds of Drumlanrig Castle on the 18th and 19th of August.
This is a real day out for the whole family with wide ranging entertainment for all.
Dog owners are very well catered for with Tests, Scurries, a Lurcher and Terrier Show, and a Dog Show.
In the main arena we are delighted to note that once again Chapel Farm Sponsored gundog trainer John Halsted will be demonstrating his Champion Labradors. See how he not only won two Retriever Championships, but also became the only person to qualify five Retrievers in the same year for the prestigious event. John will also spend time in the Chapel Farm marquee after his display where he will be able to answer your queries on gundog training.
